Holcomb General Contracting, Inc. is a privately held corporation that has been serving Idaho County for over 45 years.  It was first founded in 1964 by Del Holcomb and purchased by his son Lance Holcomb in 1994.  HGC, Inc. specializes in new construction and remodeling for commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential buildings.  While HGC is known for serving the local community in Idaho County, they have experienced tremendous growth in surrounding areas. In 1999 Holcomb General Contracting, Inc. expanded its construction department to facilitate the company’s growth in the commercial construction industry outside of Idaho County.

HGC, Inc. takes pride in employing knowledgeable seasoned project managers, experienced construction superintendents, skilled journeymen, and apprentice carpenters. Our team of construction professionals continually participates in educational courses on project management, safety, and other skill building and educational courses.

HGC, Inc. uses specialized building systems which include the most up-to-date technology, expert consultants and specialists. We work side-by-side with you and knowledgeable professionals throughout the entire project which provides many opportunities to significantly increase value and lower cost.
