About Us

Holcomb General Contracting has specialized in new construction and remodeling for commercial, agricultural, and residential buildings in the Idaho County Area for two generations.

 

In 1999 Holcomb General Contracting expanded its construction department to facilitate the company’s growth in the commercial construction industry.  The company now employs seasoned project managers, experienced construction superintendents, skilled journeyman and apprentice carpenters.  Our construction team participates in outside educational services for project management, supervision, estimating and safety.

 

Holcomb General Contracting has the ability to provide complete, accurate project estimating and management services.  Our estimating department utilizes construction-estimating software to provide architects and owners with pre-construction analysis, accurate project costs for all project divisions, and integrated cost accounting. 

 

Our project management services include an experienced project manager with support staff.  Project managers utilize construction management software and ensure project control for all phases of construction.  Our subcontractor control system ensures that our subcontractors maintain timelines and quality workmanship.

 

Holcomb General Contracting is a privately held company with years of outstanding construction management education and experience. We are bonded and have full commercial liability coverage.
